The Public Register gathers the fragment texts and classifications of the Dufton Hoarde into a publication made for handling and consultation.
Entries remain partial. Descriptions can be revised. Some records do not settle.
Beneath is an artist book formed from the Hoarde’s six bodies of work, material surfaces, field images, Keeper’s text and incomplete records.
It is a separate artwork: portable, handled and removed from the rooms.
SUPPORTS THE WORK
Fragment cards, postcards, T’Owd Man works, material studies and selected institutional material are issued in small groups and will be released as they become available.
Each edition is described plainly, with dimensions, material, edition size, price and delivery information.
